Andrew Deitrich

Andrew Deitrich has been coaching competitive soccer in the state of Alaska for eighteen years.  He also coached with the Alaska State Youth Soccer (AYSA) Olympic Development Program (ODP) as a state team coach for eight of those years.

Andrew currently holds his U.S. Soccer Federation National 'C' & National 'Y' License and the National Soccer Coaches Association (NSCAA) Director of Coahing Diploma, National Diploma, Goalkeepers Regional Diploma and Special Topics Certificates in Finishing and the Flat Back Four.  He has worked with both boys and girls teams ranging in age from 2 years to 18 years.  He has coached six different teams to state championship titles and is one of only a few coaches from Alaska to have successfully coached a team into the quarterfinals at the Far West Region IV National Cup (USYSA).  He has traveled with teams to many prestigious tournaments throughout the lower 48 states, attending the USA Cup six times, winning three top bracket championships.

Andrew grew up in Anchorage and played at East Anchorage High School.  He attended school at SDSU and played on several men's amateur teams in the San Diego, California area.

Andrew believes in developing a player's skill, creativity, self-esteem, confidence, discipline and love of the game.  He focuses on creating opportunities for the players to train and play in challenging environments.  He is willing to spend extra time working with players to help facilitate the growth of those individuals' unique abilities.  "Passion through Excellence"

Rob Sande
Having been involved in youth soccer throughout the Matanuska-Susitna Valley for more than ten years, including time spent as a coach for both recreational and competitive teams, Rob Sande has recently assumed a leadership role within MSC’s revamped academy program for pre-competitive players. As a key contributor to the club’s many development programs, including goalkeeper training, Rob is ideally suited to take on the task of educating volunteer coaches, parents and players, while providing solid foundation-training for the Crossfire Alaska and MSC Premier players of tomorrow.

Sam Johnstone
Sam Johnstone has been a coach with Crossfire Alaska and MSC since 2006.  He currently coaches the United 00 boys team. Sam currently holds a USSF E and NSCAA Junior Level V coaching license.

TR Stoneback
Seattle, WA, resident TR Stoneback has been providing Coerver® Coaching programs for players, teams, clubs, and associations in the Northwest since 1995. He believes that the Coerver® method should be a part of every youth player’s development no matter his or her skill level or ability. Over the years he has worked with a number of talented young athletes, many whom have gone on to play at the collegiate and professional levels. He’s also trained several players who’ve represented the United States at the youth- and senior-National Team levels.
